Permitted Development Rights for Microgeneration Equipment on Non-Domestic Properties - This consultation invites views on what the thresholds might be for microgeneration equipment on non-domestic properties and is the latest stage in fulfilling the requirements of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.
