LEADER is an EU funding scheme for Rural Development. The Wester Ross area, including Lochalsh, has access to over £800K of funds to support local projects. The CC is hoping to put together plans for 2 projects, including a local needs survey and path development. See our page on LEADER for details of the scheme.
